I'm the proud owner of a hair salon called Lanole Samor, the founder of a braiding academy " Lanole Samor Braid Academy and the business coach behind The B. Factor. I built my business from the ground up so I know exactly what it feels like to have a big dream but not know where to start. Years ago I found myself stuck, full of ideas but unsure how to turn them into a real working business. I made the mistakes, tried to figure it all out alone, and learned that clarity and strategy changed everything.
That journey led me to become a business coach and launch The B. Factor. Now I help others skip the confusion and build a solid business. I'm here to be the guide I wish I had, someone who listens, supports, and bring real strategy to your next big move.
My Story
Before I had a salon, a braiding academy, or a coaching brand, I was just a woman and mother with a dream and a calling. This is my story of faith, hustle and turning my passion into purpose. My journey started behind the chair, building my hair salon from the ground up with hustle, heart, and a whole lot of trial and error. As my client base grew, so did my desire to pour back into others. That's when I launched my braiding academy, a space to not only teach techniques but to inspired confidence in the next generation of stylist. But as I connected with more beauty professional and small business owners, I saw a common theme, so many of us were passionate and talented but struggling behind the scenes to create structure, stay consistent and actually grow. That's when The B. Factor was born. Now, I help other entrepreneurs turn their skills into successful, sustainable businesses. Through personalized coaching.
